Minimal shipping delays

Our shipping times have mostly returned to normal. Many logistic companies and shipping carriers are however experiencing labour shortages in some areas. We recommend you place orders in advance to take into account any unforeseen delays.

Some updates we made

A critically important part of our service is making sure we can deliver your medications to you on time. The pandemic taught us a few lessons and we made appropriate changes to prevent future disruption. Our team has developed programs to ensure continuity in customer support, fulfillment and/or dispensing, delivery and ensuring products remain in stock.
