What is Spiriva?

Spiriva contains tiotropium bromide and is used to prevent the narrowing of the airways of the lungs in adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Spiriva is a bronchodilator which increases air flow to your lungs by relaxing muscles in and around the airways.
