Buy Spiriva (Tiotropium Bromide) Online

You can save up to 90% on the cost of Spiriva and other prescription medications when you buy drugs online with Canada Pharmacy Depot. We are a safe, dependable online pharmacy giving customers in the US the opportunity to buy their medication at affordable prices.

What is Spiriva?

Spiriva contains tiotropium bromide and is used to prevent the narrowing of the airways of the lungs in adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Spiriva is a bronchodilator which increases air flow to your lungs by relaxing muscles in and around the airways. Spiriva does not work immediately and should not be used as a rescue inhaler to relieve sudden breathing problems.

Always read the patient information and instructions carefully before using this medication. Follow your doctor’s directions.

  • Spiriva should be inhaled orally. A typical dose is two inhalations once daily.
  • Spiriva comes with its own inhalation device known as a Handihaler. Load a capsule into the device and make sure the mouthpiece is closed. Push the button on the side of the device to release the medication. You will need to inhale twice to get the full dose of each capsule.
  • Spiriva rotacaps should only be used with the handihaler device. Do not take the capsules by mouth or use the handihaler to take any other medication.
  • Exposure to air can ruin Spiriva rotacaps. Keep the capsules in the blister pack until you are ready to use it.
  • Spiriva is not a rescue medication and does not work fast enough to treat a COPD flare up.
  • Spiriva is most effective when it is taken regularly. Try to take this medication at the same time each day. Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve or worsens.

We have had very good service from the Canada Pharmacy Depot, obtaining a very expensive medication (in the USA) for the very same medication from India for a fraction of the US cost ($488/3mo supply vs $1400/1mo supply). This has been a godsend bc my husband has Parkinson's Disease and takes many medications to manage his condition. It does take longer to get the medication, but you just have to plan ahead for significant savings.
