You can save up to 90% on the cost of Soriatane and other prescription medications when you buy drugs online with Canada Pharmacy Depot. We are a safe, dependable online pharmacy giving customers in the US the opportunity to buy their medication at affordable prices.

What is Soriatane?

Soriatane (acitretin) is a medication prescribed to treat severe psoriasis and other skin disorders. Acitretin is a retinoid which is a form of vitamin A. The medication works by allowing normal growth and development of your skin. Soriatane is not a cure for psoriasis and you may relapse once you stop taking this medication.

Always read the patient information and instructions carefully before using this medication. Follow your doctor’s directions.

  • Soriatane should be taken with food.
  • You may need frequent blood tests, medical tests or x-rays while taking acitretin.
  • It can take 2-3 months before your symptoms improve. Your psoriasis may get even worse when you start taking acitretin. Continue to take the medication as directed and tell your doctor if your symptoms do not improve.
  • You must never share this medication with anyone else, even if they have the same symptoms as you.

Cautions

Make sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist:

  • If you have any drug or other allergies.
  • Which other prescription and non-prescription medications you currently take or if you have ever used etretinate (Tegison, Tigason).
  • Your medical history especially of liver disease, kidney disease, high levels of triglycerides, heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, depression or phototherapy.
  • If you have a habit of drinking large amounts of alcohol.

Also be aware that:

  • Soriatane can cause severe birth defects and is only available to women who have two negative pregnancy tests and agree to use two methods of approved birth control. You will also need pregnancy tests every month while taking Soriatane and every three months for at least three years after your last dose. You may not be able to continue taking this medication if you miss a scheduled pregnancy test. Talk to your doctor for more information.
  • Do not breast-feed while taking Soriatane.
  • Do not drink alcohol while taking this medication and for two months after. Alcohol can cause acitretin to stay in your body for longer.
