Viagra

Viagra, also known by its generic name sildenafil, is an erectile dysfunction oral medication. Viagra is a PDE5 inhibitor which works by helping to relax the arteries and muscles in the penis, allowing blood to reach the penis. Sildenafil may be taken up to 30 minutes before sexual activity, and its effects can last for up to 5 hours. Viagra, like many medications, comes with mild to severe side effects.
